- Access to the Internet from within the district will be unavailable on 7/14/08.
- Access to the district web site www.wtps.org will be unavailable on 7/14/08.
- Access to files on the H: drive will be unavailable from outside of the district on 7/14/08.
- Access to email will be unavailable from 7/14/08 through 7/16/08; during this time we will be creating new Outlook email accounts.
- Access to email will be available through Outlook beginning on 7/17/08; access to GroupWise email will no longer be available.

- On 7/17/08 we will start the conversion of old email from GroupWise to Outlook.
- The conversion process will take most of the summer.
- The priority for converting the old GroupWise email to Outlook is as follows:
- Central Administration and Main Offices at the schools
- elementary schools, Grenloch, high school, and middle schools
Accessing Outlook email from within the district:
- When you log on to the district network using your current username and password, you do not need to enter a separate username and password to access Outlook. You will automatically be logged in.
