WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Seventh-grade French students in Mrs. Kiki Pecheux’s class at Bunker Hill Middle School recently hosted their annual authentic French breakfast, aka “petit dejeuner Français.” Students brought in French baguettes, French jam and French butter to make “tartines,” as well as croissants to Nutella to complete the meal.
As a special treat, former BHMS student and 2012 Washington Township High School graduate Mary-Kate Gentile came in and made authentic French “chocolat chaud” (hot chocolate) and helped serve it to the students.
