WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Bunker Hill Middle School students who have been solid in the classroom, respectful in the hallways and active in the community were treated to an afternoon of fun on the school fields on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. BHMS held its seventh annual “Bulldog Bash” behind the school, and there was something for everyone.
The Bulldog Bash was offered to students who met the following criteria:
- Academic: Earn all A’s, B’s and C’s in the first three marking periods.
- Service: Complete 10 hours of school or community service.
- Activities: Are involved in at least one school or outside activity.
- Character: Have fewer than six combined discipline points over the course of the year.
Students worked their way through a number of stations during the event. There was a dunk tank, inhabited by staff members; an inflatable obstacle course; water balloon explosion; face painting; human Hungry, Hungry Hippos; oversized ball pong; cornhole; a photo booth; and a refreshment station with pretzels, bottled water, nachos and more.
